We took the decision of bringing forward some of the plans we had when we initially acquired Culgruff. Having to have the areas affected by the fire repaired, meant we were going to be closed to guests anyway and we felt that it was an opportune time to utilise this time wisely.
Having researched our options we decided that as well as having the tea room, we could hold special events. These could be anything from private cosy dinner events through to conference facilities for business clients wanting a special unique venue. As well as "uplifting" the initial rooms we had completed. We will be expanding on the number of bedroom suites we are able to offer. In turn this will allow us to look at accommodating guests that might wish to have Culgruff as their wedding venue. Our accommodation will therefore also incorporate the top floor .
We have listened to suggestions from friends and family and will be looking to have a large games room with a pool table as well as a new bar area. For those wanting to have some pampering, a treatment room for massage as well as a Turkish steam room and sauna room.
